| Broccoli soup. |
The last two days were propably the coldest of this winter here in Athens.
However, despite the cold I wasn't lucky enough to see any snow, just a few snowflakes out of my window..
Yet, all this cold made me wanna eat some hot soup. And, even thought I wasn't sure about the result I wanted to try and make a Broccoli Creamy Soup!
All I used was some broccoli, onions, flour and butter, olive oil, salt and pepper, but what made the difference in the taste was the addition of some feta cheese in the soup!
It was served with roasted chicken and made a delicious winter meal!
