What to do with leftovers..

From time to time, we have leftovers of fabrics that we use in the house, that we don't know what to do with them but we don't wont to throw them either. Here's what i did:

Well, my mother-in-law has cross-stitched for me a pair of curtains with lavender flowers on them. She had a leftover from the textile she used for the curtains and stitched a lavender flower on it, but we had no idea what to use it for.
I could frame it and hang it on the wall, but it didn't fit with the decoration of the house. So I decided to make something useful with.
Et voila, a bag to put several things that I leave here and there in the house!

To create this creepy lamp I used some useless x-rays I had for a very long time, white glue, and a lamp i had bought from IKEA.

The result may look really creepy on the photos but is very atmospheric in real. Really interesting low cost DIY. ;)
